Can I See a proof of my order?
Yes! Once we recieve and process your order, we will send you a free proof via email. You then let us know if you'd like to make any changes or if your order is approved for printing.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once the proof is approved, most orders ship out in 2-5 business days. During our holiday rush time (November and December), it may take a bit longer. Rush shipping is available upon request at an additional charge.
Can I change colors of an outfit?
Yes! We reeeaaallly want you to love your Starfish order. In our Design-your-own collection, we have hundreds of body choices. If one of them would be so much more perfect with a different color shirt or skirt etc., then let us know and we are happy to make that change for you!
should I chose the Light or Medium skin tone?
The medium skin tone is perfect for customers of ethnicities such as Hispanic or Indian. If you are caucasion, chose light.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship our products to most countries world-wide. Shipping times will vary and remember we sadly have no control over customs policies and regulations in your country.
What if there is an error on my order?
Should we make a mistake on your order, we will reprint and reship it via the original shipping method chosen at no charge.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.
Can I cancel an order?
If we have not yet put a proof together, we are able to cancel an order and issue a full refund. If we have already put together and sent your custom proof, we can cancel your order and issue a refund minus a $15.00 per item proof fee.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
We do! We offer gift cards from $50 - $500. Our gift cards are sent via email and customized for your recipient. Visit Gift Cards for more information.
